June 1, 2010
For immediate release
Hooray for Purrywood! It’s time to roll out the red carpets and get the flashbulbs ready — June is PURR-miere month, and the Ottawa Humane Society (OHS) is celebrating its pet celebrities in need of new homes.
Throughout June, anyone who adopts a dog or cat from the OHS shelter will be eligible to enter a draw for free movie passes (complete with vouchers for popcorn and drinks!). In addition, winners will leave with a dog or cat-themed swag basket, featuring toys and treats, so your new friend will be entertained while you’re out at the show.
Among the feline celebrities currently staying in the OHS adoption ward is beautiful Bailey. Just six years old, this seasoned cat is known for her expressive eyes and ability to emote effortlessly. Bailey’s a playful pal who would be happy to take the lead role in your family!
Bailey, a six-year-old cat, is looking for a new home this June. During PURR-miere month at the OHS, new adopters will have a chance to win free movie passes and pet-themed gift baskets.
