BOB FM Morning Show Auction Raises $11,000 for Ottawa Humane Society

The Ottawa Humane Society (OHS) will receive $11,000 thanks to local radio station 93.9 BOB FM and Frank Napolitano of Mortgage Brokers Ottawa.

BOB FM Morning Show host Sandy Sharkey auctioned off the morning radio show to the highest bidder: Frank Napolitano. The winner gets to gather friends, colleagues, and family around as the show is broadcast live from a location of their choice – business, home, neighbourhood park etc. on a date of their choosing.

"Our team at Mortgage Brokers Ottawa is involved with many local charities and the Ottawa Humane Society is one that our team is very passionate and excited about," said Frank Napolitano of Mortgage Brokers Ottawa. "We're looking forward to hosting the BOB FM Morning Show at our 788 Island Park location sometime soon."

"We're very grateful to BOB FM for arranging the auction for the benefit of Ottawa's animals," said Bruce Roney executive director of the Ottawa Humane Society. Thanks to Mr. Napolitano's generous winning bid, we can continue to provide care and shelter to Ottawa's lost, abandoned and neglected animals."
